Starting April 14th, we’re re-imagining our East Hampton space to build something better.
This isn’t just a facelift. It’s a full-on reinvention of the space where grit meets growth. Over the next two weeks, The LIFTED Method studio is entering a new era—and we want you right there with us as it happens.

We’re completely reimagining the studio from the ground up—designed to reflect the strength, sweat, and soul of the LIFTED community. Think clean lines, raw finishes, industrial edge, and functional upgrades that level up the way you train.

🏋️ We’re Staying Open

We don’t believe in pressing pause.
While the renovation happens upstairs, stadium classes are moving downstairs—right next to the Strength Lab. It’s tighter, it’s grittier, and yeah... it’s got serious underground vibes.

We’re making room for progress, but that means you’ll need to move fast.
