Strength Lab

Intimate & Effective: Somewhere between 1-on-1 personal training & larger group fitness classes, the Strength Lab brings together small training groups of up to 6 people at a time led by an expert coach for a personalized training experience that’s effective and affordable.

Goal Oriented: Through a mix of personalized attention, tailored programming, and progressive overload techniques, you'll be empowered to achieve your strength training goals.

Form & Function: Each session combines mobility, functional movements, and progressive strength training to ensure you get the most out of your workouts, while also reducing the risk of injury.

Focused: Every class begins with a focus on one of the major compound barbell lifts: squats, deadlifts, and presses where client’s can sharpen their skills, receive expert coaching, and build their strength over time.

Progress Tracking: Following a dedicated program throughout a 30 day period to progressively build strength over time.

Tribeca

Our NYC location is a chic, fully-equipped gym in the heart of Tribeca.

Encompassing two floors of light-flooded and plant-filled workout spaces.

We have everything you need for a killer workout in a small-group or private format.

All classes are run like a personal training session with a qualified and experienced strength coach.

You will be using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ski ergs, med ball…just about every toy in the toy box!
